(Gate 8 is now closed during the week so choose an alternate gate) parking @ Redstone Exchange
Come ride with the Belles Mama Llamas! We will aim for 20ish miles heading to Carrol Hudson rec area then choose either the campground loop or warehouse road loop. To be determined by group that evening. (possibility of splitting into 2 groups) Pace will be determined by group and weather of the day but plan to be able to ride minimum of 12-13MPH avg and a good knowledge of gear shifting. Helmets, lights, reflective clothing and HYDRATION is a must have. Snacks and tire kit highly suggested. Parking at Ken Johnston Park on Mountain Gap Road. Need: helmet, lights, HYDRATION, snack, tire plan and a bike in good working order. no rider left behind (NRLB)
Ladies this week we will join up with the famous co-ed TT group for a Terrific Tuesday!! Wheels Roll at 5:30pm. Traffic is a challenge so allow yourself plenty of time. The pace is set day of ride as group needs are but in general an ability to ride at 12-13mph is a good base line. Route is 18-22 miles. NRLB. You will need a good working bike, helmet, lights, HYDRATION, snack and your tire plan:) There is a faster and slower group so don‘t be shy, come out and give it a try!

Ditto Landing Campground Pavillion
Join the Zen Hens for a Monday cruise along the Aldridge Creek Greenway for 14ish miles at a casual pace. Parking this week is at the pavilion near the Ditto Landing campground.
Need: bike in good working order, helmet, hydration, snack, lights and tire plan. NRLB with Julie as your guide.

Meet at the Exchange parking lot for a 22 mile route. Be prepared for a minimum of 13mph pace on flat areas. Re-groups and rest stops do happen so you won‘t get lost or left behind. You need: Redstone access, bike, helmet, lights, HYDRATION, snack and your fix a flat plan:) Jessica is your leader and a volunteer to sweep and help out. This weeks route has a new addition to a familiar route, the "NEW Gurley South" Join us for a fun and challenging 25 miles. NRLB, bring all your gear!! Be prepared for a 13mph on flat surfaces. We will have re- groups and rest stops so you won‘t be lost or left behind!
