About this event
Updated plan. Meet at Food City parking lot for an easier and shorter route 0f 16 miles. We will still cut across the greenway and get on the roadways but do so at a slower pace 12-13mph average (party pace) and shorter distance. The weather and vacation season has limited training so now with heat ramping up we're changing plans:) Hopefully this change will not deter from your personal training goals.
